What you buy

You buy a software licence for trading bots that run on cTrader and MetaTrader 5, on your own computer or a VPS. You get the bot files, a licence key and a setup guide. The source code is not included.

It is software only. It is not financial advice, not a managed account, not copy trading and not a signals service. We never hold your money. We never get your broker login or access to your broker account.

You choose when to run a bot, how much to risk and when to stop it. Every trade it makes is a trade in your own account.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars, + tax where it applies. Where VAT or sales tax applies, Stripe adds it at checkout and shows the total before you pay.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Buy-once licences

Pay once and the bot is yours to keep. There is no renewal fee.

Each bot checks your key with our licence server about every 6 hours. If the server can't be reached, the bot keeps running on its last confirmation for up to 72 hours. A licence stops working if the payment is refunded or reversed.

Memberships

A membership (Core, Pro or Elite) is billed monthly or yearly, as you choose at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. To cancel, email support@algocourt.com and we cancel it for you.

When a membership ends, or a payment fails and stays unpaid, your bots stop opening new trades. Trades that are already open keep their stops. Bots you bought once keep working.

Licence rules

The licence is for your personal use. Please don't:

• share your key or the bot files with anyone else;
• resell, rent out or give away a key or a bot.

The first time you run a bot, your key is tied to your cTrader ID (on cTrader) or your MetaTrader 5 account holder name (on MetaTrader 5). One key belongs to one person on each platform. You can use it on your own trading accounts, up to 10 different accounts in any rolling 7 days.

To move a key to another person, or to reset it, email us. We can end a licence that is shared or resold.

Delivery and the right of withdrawal

Delivery is immediate: your licence key and download link arrive as soon as payment completes.

At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumers otherwise have once delivery starts (EU Consumer Rights Directive, article 16(m)).

Risk

Trading can lose money. You can lose all the money you put in. Every number on this site is a hypothetical backtest on past data. Past performance doesn't predict future results.

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM. ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. IN ADDITION, HYPOTHETICAL TRADING DOES NOT INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND NO HYPOTHETICAL TRADING RECORD CAN COMPLETELY ACCOUNT FOR THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL RISK IN ACTUAL TRADING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND LOSSES OR TO ADHERE TO A PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM IN SPITE OF TRADING LOSSES ARE MATERIAL POINTS WHICH CAN ALSO ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS. THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER FACTORS RELATED TO THE MARKETS IN GENERAL OR TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY SPECIFIC TRADING PROGRAM WHICH CANNOT BE FULLY ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PREPARATION OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND ALL OF WHICH CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS.

You are responsible for following your broker's rules and the rules of any prop firm you trade with.

We do not guarantee any result, profit or outcome.

Liability

Our total liability to you for anything connected with a purchase is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow a limit.

Your local rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do.
