Refunds and cancelling

Bots you buy once

Delivery is immediate: your licence key and download link arrive as soon as you pay.

Because you ask for immediate delivery at checkout, there is no 14-day withdrawal and no refund once the key or download is sent, except where the law requires one.

Memberships

Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, whether that is a month or a year. We don't refund part-used periods.

Something is broken

If a bot doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, email us. We will put it right as consumer law requires.

Charged twice, or no key

Email support@algocourt.com with your Stripe receipt and we will sort it out.

If we refund you

A refunded purchase ends its licence. The download closes and the bot stops opening new trades.
