Who we are
Algo Court sells trading bots at algocourt.com and decides how your data is used, as described here. Contact: support@algocourt.com.
What we collect, and why
Email sign-ups (the free report, the bot guides, the strategy reviews, the waitlist). We store your email address, the date, your country (from your connection), a short browser description, the list you joined and the bot you asked about. We use it to send what you asked for and the short email series that follows. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We also record which links in our emails you click, so we can see which emails help and link a sale to the email that led to it. Basis: your consent.
Purchases. Stripe takes the payment. We receive your email, your Stripe customer and payment IDs, what you bought and its status (active, cancelled, refunded). We create your licence key and email it to you. Basis: delivering what you bought, and tax and accounting law.
Licence checks. Each time a bot checks its licence it sends your key, the bot name, your platform, your cTrader ID or MetaTrader 5 account holder name, your trading account number, your broker name and the bot version. We store your key only as a hash. We store the ID, name and account number as hashes plus a short hint for support (for example the last 3 digits). We also keep the time and result of the last 20 checks. This ties the licence to you and lets us help when something breaks. Basis: delivering the licence, and our interest in stopping key sharing.
Click counters. When you press a buy, join or bot button we add one to a daily counter for that button and page. The counter holds no IP address, cookie, browser details or email. Basis: our interest in knowing which buttons are used.
Page views. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. Basis: our interest in knowing how the site is used.
Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs. When you comment on our posts or message us, automated tools read your message and reply. Blotato posts the replies. The replies are written by AI: Anthropic (Claude) and kie.ai (which runs AI models such as GPT-6.1). They may only use facts we have approved, and if you ask, they tell you the reply is automated. If you need a person, the chat is passed to our team on Telegram. Basis: our interest in answering you.
How long we keep it
- Email sign-ups: until you ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe we keep a note that you did, so we never email you again.
- Purchase records and licence keys in our store: for as long as your licence or membership exists, so your bots keep working. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as the law requires.
- Licence-check records: as long as the licence is in use and as long as needed for support, then deleted on request.
- Click counters: 120 days.
- Comments and DMs: as long as needed to answer you, then deleted on request.
- Cookies: as shown in the table above.
Data sent abroad
Most of the companies above are based in the United States. If you live in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, your data is sent to the US under standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to object to how we use it, and to take back a consent at any time. Email support@algocourt.com and we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to your data protection authority.
